My Trip To The BBC Good Food Festival At Goodwood - Chichester, West Sussex, Goodwood Estate. Visited on Sunday the 17th August 2025.
I have attended BBC Good Food Festival since the start 2018, In my opinion this year was disappointing as the list of attendees was not as good as it has been in the past. Although there are some stools that I loved from 2025. I felt there was less going on seen since it began, This could be due to me attending on a Sunday or mabye the cost for small businesses nowadays. I still hope to attend next year to see if they can improve and I hope that there will be lots of new stalls to visit.

How I make my bruschetta.
Ingredients:
- 2-4 slices of bread (toasted) - I use Jason's Sourdough bread.
- 2 Large tomatoes
- 1/4 Large red onion
- 2 - 3 tsp Basil pesto
- Wild rocket
- Charlie and Ivy's - Garlic, Oregano & Balsamic Bread Dipper
- Salt and pepper
My current method:
- Toast the bread.
- Dice the tomato and onion, place onto the toast evenly.
- Drizzle over Charlie and Ivy's - Garlic, Oregano & Balsamic Bread Dipper.
- Add one to two small dollops of pesto on to each slice of toast.
- Place a handful of rocket over the bruschetta.
- Finally garnish with salt and pepper.
- Now you have a delicious bruschetta to enjoy!
