Happy New Year 2026! As always I would like to start my new year by saying a huge thank you to everyone who has been part of my journey, particularly my family, friends, Clare, Rhys from RhysEvans.Dev, work colleagues from Bird & Blend, Team Domenica and Ruth, Richard and Sophie from Charlene’s Chocolate Factory and most importantly you!

I want to express my deepest gratitude to Sophie and Richard from Charlene’s Chocolate Factory for the incredible opportunity to volunteer and learn valuable skills. Unfortunately, their shop and business closed on the 8th of November 2025. At this time, they are uncertain about their future plans, but I genuinely wish them all the very best. Thank you for everything!

In September 25 I finished my ICT qualifications in building a WordPress site, learning code to build bespoke websites and game design, but privately still attend one hour lessons per week to continue furthering in my skills.

Last year, I was very proud of the amount of Recipes we managed to produce along side are Portfolio, Blogs, Videos, Feed and lots more.

This year, I intend to continue focusing on chocolate and baking, creating a larger portfolio of recipes on our site. I will be looking into some professional courses that I could do later this year. Hopefully, this will work out! I also plan to try and keep on top of social media more ensuring people are kept more in the loop.
